Summary: Doctor Thorne is visited by the Grand Duke himself- Octavian Carver II . He claims he is experiencing nightmares similar to the Duchess and her daughter. After hiding pup away, the doctor prepares to meet him. She quickly learns that he knows far more than she thinks.
