AVR MODDEN shutoko for pure LCS v1.2 update!
Added 2025-09-06 03:48:32 +0000 UTCDue to a mistake in the previous update, the ext_config.ini was based on version 0.9 instead of the latest version 0.9.1, so we have remade it based on 0.9.1.
This will fix issues such as a lack of lighting in some sections and lighting not being the correct color at night.

前回のアップデートが手違いで最新verの0.9.1ベースではなくVer0.9ベースのext_config.iniだった為に0.9.1ベースで作り直しました。
一部区間で照明がない問題や夜間に正しい照明の色にならない不具合が修正されます。
