2022-07-17 18:15:26 +0000 UTCI started on this one and then paused for awhile. Now I'm like on episode 3 and so far it's pretty good yet so cute! I'll admit the first episode reminded me of SCOY but Kanada is not as bad as how Toh was lol. I also like how Japanese BLs have a different vibe than others, it's the overwhelm of cuteness for me

The fact we find out that BOTH leads had crushes on each other, right off the bat, is rare in any series so it is so refreshing. It is usually we don't find out until way later in the series or, if it is first few episodes, it is one of the leads that falls fast. I actually like we get both male leads' point of views right off the bat too. That is more rare in a series. It is usually only one point of view (the shy or extroverted one) or we only get a little of the other (the stoic one/introverted one). This series is so much fun.
