I'm usually pretty honest, almost as knee-jerk reaction, and I try to be courteous as much as my poor social awareness lets me. Also, swords and plate mail are awesome.

The way you lower your voice, wistfully and half whisper "look at those stars" really captures a certain tone and personality for the character. Lying here in bed with eyes closed, you so easily paint the scenes for the listener. As for a costume of a hidden part of myself... Socrates or maybe another famous philosopher. I spend too much time thinking about everything but my friends also tend to come to me for advice. (also it's super funny to me that as recent as yesterday I was playing a Noir inspired PI/detective in a 1950ies setting D&D campaign)

Funny thing, I didn't go to that psychic or whatever she was, I was at the bus stop when she took my hand, showed me a scar on my palm, and said, "You did something to yourself, and now your lifeline is cut. You're cursed." And of course, because she was such a nice lady, she offered to lift the curse for me if I paid her. Too bad for her I'm broke. 😂

I always knew you could read minds. 😉 After a great movie night and two glasses of wine, this comes as both a curse and a sweet blessing—too sweet, actually. I don’t really believe in tarot because, until now, none of the readings seemed true. However, the last time I came across one of those fortune tellers, she told me my life line was cut or knotted, and that I’m cursed. I probably believe it because I had a hunch. 😅 If I had to dress as a 'hidden part of myself,' I’d probably go as a werewolf or a kitsune, for many reasons. But tonight, I’m a detective, 🫡 which gives me an idea for my Halloween costume this year, though I’m not sure where I’ll be on that date. I’m talking too much again, sorry. I’ll make it short now. Truly impressive work, my lady. Putting the spice aside, which flustered me and made my heart beat abnormally fast… 🫠 You nailed the mood shifts so smoothly, from mysterious to flirty to spicy, and kept me hooked the entire time.
