Honestly, the title is OK. You could potentially shorten it to Better Fat. Anyway, I am looking forward to the story. Yo-yo WG is not my favorite trope but it will do :)

And it feels pretty snappy to me with the words being just one syllable (except "Better" with two). Maybe "Fatter was Better", "Finding the Weight Back", or "She Lost Her Weight"; though I like the original title more than these.
