In other news, happy birthday Randidly! (belated) I started writing last 2/18/2017, so it's been a long haul. But, one down, hopefully another half year to go!
Oh, and to comment briefly on the chapter versus wordcount thing, I actually have a wordcount goal per day, 1800. Which is usually the length of chapter I am for, because I like to go for at least 1 chapter a day. Its plus or minus 200 or so, depending on the circumstances, but I don't write for chapters, I write for wordcount, and split that by chapter, which is why the breaks can be abrupt sometimes.
Also, the natural form of reading all webnovels in binging, so...

So you've written 2,000 words a day for an entire year! No small feat. I maintained that pace for about six months earlier in the year, and it's exhausting.
