In other news, webbed fingers proved more popular in the poll than I expected! As such, Jade's finger-webbing will remain. We also slightly tweaked Katoka's first text bubble on page 70 (removed the ", then!").
In still other news, the Safi & Jellmocks Mini will either be completely up or 6/7 pages up later this weekend.

And now, the biggest news: The poll among the 20+ tiers has unanimously been in favor of (or at least not against) changing the minicomics to a new cycle.
The new cycle is:
Month 1: Submissions
Month 2: Voting
Month 3: Run-Off Drawing Vote (A B&W image from one of the non-winning submissions. The submission can still attempt to win the minicomic vote next cycle [and might have an advantage due to there being example art to hype it up!])
As part of this change, the Vote Hoarder ($20) tier will be getting an additional benefit - their regular vote will count as two votes. This will allow them to get some benefit during the Run-Off Drawing votes, as its unlikely bonus votes will be spent on that.
This change is largely due to... well... we've been doing ~4 minicomics per year for awhile now. It looked like we were going to get back to 6/yr, but that did not happen. Rather than let the waiting list keep growing we'd rather match the submission rate to the production rate. If production does speed up again we can work on dealing with the waiting list.
