Adjustable wrench vs 12ga slug

Just testing the waters here and trying to stay within a reasonable budget. We shoot a large crescent type wrench from Harbor Freight with a 12 ga. slug. Early viewing for Patrons!

Adjustable wrench vs 12ga slug

Get one of the ASO's (Anvil Shaped Object) from horrible freight just to see how tough it is. Even the itty bitty one would be fun to see shot. Aim right for the point/nose to see if it could actually take any kind of abuse.

One thing you guys could do is obtain a crossbow and shoot lots of custom crossbow tips and bolts. Could be fun!

Grease gun would be fun.

I can relate to this so much, my work always buys cheap torque wrenches, and their reason for it is because they're always breaking. So if it's gonna break, keep buying cheap ones. Surely they're built with the same quality as name brand.

Haha, yeah their torque wrenches are bad. I remember at work they bought a bunch of those for the production guys to use to set the torque on some machines and they were terrible, seemed to cause more damage or broke quite often.

We might use this wrench again at a future date.

True, especially in sizes you don't often use. The problem I've had, end wrenches springing open and slipping after much use. For a few bucks more I like Tekton brand, Now for adjustable wrenches the best idea was a Bahhco wrench included in a Volvo tool kit. It has a typical adjustable wrench on one end and a serrated jaw on the other end to loosen rounded off nuts. https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71hssxdbMbL._SL1500_.jpg

I have a Harbor freight torque wrench I can donate, it's so far off made me snap a valve cover bolt, cost 200x what the wrench did. I'd love to see it shot!

I finally made it here! Wow, nice place. Are you going to put that wrench in a giveaway? How about shooting frozen 1gal jugs?

LBCSV

Not to bad :-) Wonder if better (harder) tool would suffer more or less because its more likely to break and wouldnt bend. If 22. can split playingcards you should split angle grinder blades :-) Maybe a little battle? Normal one vs Diamond? Thanks and keep on going!

Maybe a orange HF dead blow hammer. Should be cool in slow mo.

Get some of those HF shipping blankets pads and see how many it would take to catch a foster slug.

Some of their wrenches are decent. They haven't bent or anything lol

TAOFLEDERMAUS

Crescent hammer lose.

Harbor F**** is good for cast iron stuff, other things, not so much. Great targets though.

Eugene Luder

What about a cheap pressurized air tank? With powder paint all around it. Big colorful explosion lol

It might take a couple months of my donations but what about one of their plug in drills. Bet it goes into a million pieces.
