2019-09-29 23:58:12 +0000 UTCIts a different breed from either. It is cooked in a deep dish, but it is not a thick crust pizza. It has two crusts, top and bottom. The cheese and 'toppings' are put in between the two crusts and the tomato sauce covers the top crust. It is sometimes called a stuffed crust pizza. They are both very good, but I do not like to compare them, as the each appeal to different appetites.
