Being Ghosted and New Horizons
Added 2019-01-11 23:05:27 +0000 UTCI'm gonna start with the bad news. The programmer for the card RPG game hasn't been around for a while, so that project is kinda off the table for now. Who knows where it'll be in the future, but for now it's in sexy video game limbo.
Good news though! Me and Caesarcub (creator of Grounded and MANY choose your own adventure stories) have the time and opportunity to make something now! and there's something we've been wanting to do for a while...
Right now things are in the really early stages, but we're making a point and click adventure game with the tentative title of Freeloader, a game where you play as Mark seducing your roommate's deadbeat dad who crashes on your couch, set in an early 90's sitcom! ;P
It's a very compact game, taking place over 3 days or "episodes" and set entirely within the apartment building, so development should go relatively quick. He's doing the art and programming while I'm doing the writing and designing the gameplay, scenarios, and some of the characters!
When development gets further I'll be looking to you guys for suggestions, directions, and opinions! :D
Every bad experience has a silver lining they say, and this one happens to come in the form of an adventure with a sleazy horny dad.

Dang, that was one of the ones I was more interested in. Good to hear about the new project though.

2019-01-12 08:21:39 +0000 UTCI'm putting together the title screen and cleaning up all the buttons, a lot of what we have left is polish and the second area. My stuff for patreon works takes priority, and that project has 3 other people with their own schedules, so stuff takes time, but we're chipping away at it! :)
