Crimson High v0.28.1 Tier 1 Patron Release

Next wave of the newest update, eh? Eh! Not much else to say here.

There's an update-only patch in the links. To install it, just unpack the contents of the .7z file into your Crimson High folder (match the file structure) and overwrite when prompted.
Important: Update-only requires you to have the latest and official version of Crimson High (v0.27).

- added a pre-splash screen
- fixed some minor stuff (typos and whatnot)

Thanks a lot! Glad to hear that you enjoyed it! The ending without a cliffhanger was an exception to prove a point - future updates will have cliffhangers again (as it's supposed to be). :)

The cut off ended at a resonable spot but to me felt like it was also lacking, maybe its because I am more used to the cliffhanger endings but it seemed blanned. Though whether or not you go back to the cliffhangers or stick with the new way I will continue to look forward to the new content
