[근황]
컨디션 문제가 카페인 문제였단걸 알게되고 나서
커피 뿐만이 아니라 초콜릿, 콜라 등 각성 성분이 있는 간식을 중단했습니다 !
After realizing that my condition issues were caused by caffeine,
I stopped not only coffee, but also snacks with stimulating ingredients like chocolate and cola!
금단 증상인지 탈력감이나 무기력증도 다소 있었습니다만
지금은 많이 회복되었습니다.
처음엔 작업을 유지하기가 힘들어서 초콜릿같은걸로
기운을 끌어내보려고 했는데... 부질없는 짓이더라구요
I did experience some fatigue and lethargy, possibly from withdrawal,
but I’ve recovered a lot now.
At first, it was hard to keep working, so I tried using things like chocolate to force some energy out of myself… but that turned out to be pointless.
아무튼!! 회복된 기운으로 이어서 다음 작업을 이어나가보겠습니다!!
Anyway!! With my recovered energy, I’ll keep going and move on to the next project!!
