So, lets get straight to it. I decided to scrap the "experiemental/serious tone" video that I was planning to end the month with.
I'm really having a hard time writing it since it's so different to my usual tone. I really can't seem to get a script that doesn't feel weird and fake along with visuals that aren't too silly but also high quality. So, I've decided to leave it for now. I may try to tell the story again in the future but I definitely want to be able to spend more time getting the script exactly right, which is something that's pretty important when it comes to serious topics because I gotta make sure that I'm conveying the right message.
Instead I'm gonna use the time to write letters and work on the next video. I'm super excited to work on the next video, it's kinda crazy and weird and I think you're gonna find it interesting! I'm also gonna try out a new way of animating Chip during the talking sections (not changing the art again don't worry, just the way they're animated), so I really hope that it's not too time consuming because I think it's gonna look awesome.
So, that's about it! I'm sorry that September only had one video, I'll make it up to you by continuing to improve and make better videos throughout October! Also, here's an example of the kind of style I was experimenting with for the video I scrapped, I love the way the style looks but I still somehow felt that it wouldn't fit. So now it gets to be secret content for you guys! The mysterious 9th Chipflake drawing style (yes I've changed my character art that many times lmao)
