Artoria + Jack, Lovey-Dovey ending: She chooses to reject Haruto's proposal and uses her wish to become human and become Jack's wife. Haruto gives up on Artoria and marries a sadistic woman.
"My body belongs to another man."
Consensual NTR ending: Haruto says he doesn't mind her sleeping with other men. So Artoria chooses to become a human and marry him, but gives her body to Jack. Jack continues to be a womanizer.

Seeing the progression of Artoria developing feelings for him beyond the sex has been nice to see, and it would be wonderful to see that conclude with them together!
