Attack On Titan S4E11 Uncut Early Access Reaction

Another quieter episode, but one that feels equally, if not more, important than the previous one. Politics, propaganda and endless intrigue. How will it all end? Well, you lot know but don't tell me innit.

Comments

Oh you have no idea what's next but we keep moving forward!

Sam

Nice catch on Mikasa going through a bit of an identity crisis due to her attachment to Eren and everything going on with him; most reactors don't even comment on that. I also found your comment about how as viewers we can relate to Hange being exhausted very insightful; there's no absolute correct decision, morally justified side given actions they took (aside from completely innocent/uninvolved people of course), or easy party to root for.

A Gabi hater i presume? This a great setup episode for what is to come.

Love the reactions. You should really watch & react to Death Note next !! I think you’ll love that show

Ugh you have just worded everything so beautifully!!! β€œYou can’t control the lessons they learned from you” that is such a good point and something I barely even thought about the first time!!

Alicia Limon

Savour every episode left to watch man- I would do a scary amount of things to be able to experience this all for the very first time again! xD

Seriously that moment as the credits hit....we as an audience are so lucky that the people who made this show love and respect the source material as much as we do. We are blessed to have been given the adaptation we got

Can't fathom that

Agreed! That is a really special moment for me! And Kayas reveal at the end was just perfection.

If season 4 does anything perfect it's getting the audience to start thinking about and examining the first 3 seasons from all new angles That ending will always make me tear up "I want to become a person like her" as the ed hits, the lyrics singing about wanting to be remembered after you're gone. In a very real way, Sasha's legacy is helping to redeem the soul of the girl who killed her 😭 The Louise scene is powerful to me because as we reveal that she's the little girl Mikasa saved all the way back in 1x6, we get the vibe that inspiring a new generation can have its downsides, you don't always control the lessons they learn from you. In season 3 flaunting authority and following your ideals seemed extremely justified, now this new group of Eren supporters seems to feel the same way about the new regime. And as Mikasa deals with that juxtaposition she starts doing the same thing to her memories of Eren, reflecting on his violent and hyper-protective nature from their childhood in a much darker light And in that last after credits scene I liked how the camera focused on Reiner's stone cold stare as Porco complains bout having a traitor in their midst. That boy is living with his guilt 24 f***ing 7 πŸ˜‚πŸ₯΄

Your thoughts on Sub v Dub was beautifully said, hit it right on the head

21:01 - Chills. Everytime. The voice actors, music and just everything is SOO good. So glad you pointed out how amazing the voice actors are, they really are so incredible. Also not entirely sure if you picked up on it or not, but Kaya (the little blonde girl) was saved by Sasha (there was a brief flashback towards the end showing her) and it was actually a moment shown waaaay back in season 2. Another instance of masterful writing by Isayama

Everyone has a least liked ep of every show. And this is the one for me. Lol
