These are some weird times we're living in.

I don't really have much of an update, but given the last time I wrote was a while ago, I wanted to let you know I'm fine here 10 km from Germany's epicentre. There's not a single case in my home town still, and our school is still open too (which was the main reason for my long silence - eighty exams to mark!)

Watching all this receding normalcy feels pretty scary. Class trips, football matches, conventions cancelled...

In the meantime, Elves in Brocade are back in stock, and "Bliss of Valinor" prints are in, too. I hope to design the Valar pins over the next two weeks. The Chinese factories are actually going back to normal.

Stay safe!

I enjoyed that! (And it help when I actually read the how to and discovered they could lie 😉).

Good to know you are fine, Jenny. I was beginning to worry... I'm in Poland and it's pretty much the same here: the whole country is on lockdown and my university has moved online. Stay safe, everyone! And here's something to occupy you guys while you're grounded - a Silmarillion logic puzzle I made: https://www.sporcle.com/games/Lintie/the-silmarils-5

Good to hear all is well with you, Jenny! This is indeed becoming rather scary. In Latvia we have 17 confirmed cases for now in the whole country (all of them people who have been to Italy or other countries with high infection rates), but the government yesterday issued emergency situation anyway, to slow down the spread of the virus. It means that all educational institutions are closed or gone into remote teaching mode and most cultural events are cancelled. We shall see whether it helps. Unfortunately some people are either irresponsible or panicking. Stay safe, everyone!

Stay safe, everyone!

Been thinking of you, hoping you're all OK. Glad to hear your town is so far doing well, fingers crossed it stays that way! Take care everyone 😉

Glad to know you're okay <3 Take care!

Good to hear from you! I was getting worried. When Ms. Merkel said that about 60 or 70 percent of the population in Germany might get sick, I was scared, and my thoughts and prayers went to all my dear friends in Germany, you and your family among them. Here in my hometown Guadalajara, Mexico, two cases were confirmed today, and everybody fears the government might be concealing the gravity of the situation. For now, we're taking care of ourselves and hoping things won't go bad. Schools and workplaces are open. Please stay safe, everybody.

Thanks for letting us know that you and yours are still ok. Where they can, businesses have asked employees to work from home and the schools just closed here in Seattle, WA, so parents are trying to figure out how to work from home with kids in the house. As grandparents, we're in for extra babysitting , but we don't mind because our grandkids are the joys of our lives. Hope you all stay well.

Stay safe yourself, Jenny. Monroe County in New York just had its first confirmed case.

Good to hear you’re OK! Denmark is a crazy place right now - almost everybody have been told to work from home, schools and daycare closed for the next two weeks, all events cancelled, and it’s now illegal to meet in groups of more than 100.
