Oceana dev day 1
Added 2019-07-22 19:56:50 +0000 UTCOceana's the most complex of the three nightclubs, so we weren't able to finish it all today. We added the new dress-up scene before the club, and we're currently working on the scene when the agent strips backstage to get ready for the wet t-shirt contest.
This scene is more complex now, because we no longer control exactly what the agent will be wearing when she arrives at that scene – but the dynamic cloathes code can handle it.
In the background, we're making all kinds of little improvements as well. Today, for example, we added something really simple – the jacket the agent wears in the scenes where she's outside the nightclubs – and, for some reason that I don't quite understand, it makes all those scenes 9000% better.
This is getting so close! I'll hit it hard again on the next dev day, which is tomorrow.

Great! That's something I want to implement generally (and the dynamic cloathes code makes it simple to do). We just added a little example of this when the agent is backstage at Oceana, getting ready for the contest – if she didn't wear knickers to Oceana, several NPCs notice and comment on it. :-)

2019-07-23 13:43:15 +0000 UTCThe Company has been implementing a comments system a lot like this that allows NPC's to comment on looks and the like, as well as things like clothing changes/hair style/etc. It's neat because they remember what you wore/look.Might be a good addition for this down the road further.

There's been some discussion about alternative texts in the game depending on previous choices and stats - that the hands-on bouncer could comment on the her possible nipple piercings, for example. Would it work if patrons sent in proposals, complete with a reference to where the original text can be found? Similar to how we can send in kink vignettes (and you might include them), but in a much smaller format.
