Working on making a version of eyes that have more of the full domed eyeball so it looks more like a real eyeball. Granted I am going for a mix of real and anthro and keeping this head style very very slim to start with. I love the look of really rounded eyes but want to avoid the bug eyed look as well. I started on this head not long ago and was going to do my typical eyes but got thinking about a new look instead. I want to do the eyes in parts to create this look. I had been tinkering with this idea before but was unsure how to do it exactly.

I am going to print the black area section and eye ball itself in 2 parts. Both parts will click into each other making it really easy to glue. I want to either flock the black around the eye or make it shine, just depends on the look I want to go for. Either make it more wet or keep it more matte. The model isn't quite done and eye area itself is still very very crude until I finish the model. Once the whole eye assembly is done I will show the parts and how they go together. Want to print the eyeball out of resin, use the harder plastic mesh for computers and dye sub it to create the area you see out of. Testing a few new techniques on this head but still trying to keep it small/ proportionate.
If this test works well I am definitely going to do quite a few species like so.
