CTR 2.1 RC3 - RELEASED!
Added 2021-03-18 21:21:45 +0000 UTC
Cinebench R20 included.
Zen 2 and PX are under development. I advise you to refrain from the experiments.
Before you use the new smart diagnostic, make sure you have curve disabled in the BIOS. The rest of the settings are not that critical.
_______
The program is in a 7-ZIP archive. Download the archiver.
.NET Framework to 4.8. Download.
_______
What's new?
- Automatic recovery of configuration files after a failure.
- Modular profile system. If one profile breaks, the other profiles are safe.
- Fast and accurate сreating P1, P2 and PX profiles during diagnostic (only for Zen 3 and Renoir).
- The voltages recommendations for PX are now really special (low VID). This is a unique phenomenon which makes the processor cooler and faster.
- Large report when creating profiles.
- SAFE DIAGNOSTIC mode. Enabled by default. If you have a weak cooling system or a weak motherboard, use it.
- It does not matter what initial value of Diagnostic voltage you use for Zen 3 or Renoir, CTR will automatically step to the minimum stable voltage in the second step.
- Presets for PX profiles. PX in SAFE preset is able to handle the AVX Normal load. This allows a high stability of the profiles if the user uses mixed heavy tasks.
- Optimizing lightweight applications that do not use CPPC. PX LOW comes to the rescue.
- Switching profiles without an intermediate base state. Smoother framerate.
- Fixing graphical bugs (Alt+Tab, etc.).
- Changed CTR priority. Now third-party programs are not able to suspend the driver or suspend switching profiles.
- Significant improvement in the fault tolerance for HYBRID OC.
- Improved support for unique dual CCD processors.
- Numerous minor bug fixes.

Huge thanks to Riwwelorsch for creating the guides. You can find any answers in them. _______
Special thanks to @Riwwelorsch, @Ann Martiné, @ACE, @arcanazen, @DayDreamer, @Gadfly, @rizlah and @Vi for help with development and testing RC3.
_______
RC4 will be introduced at the end of the month. I will tell you about all the innovations next week. In particular, the improvement of HYBRID OC in synthetic tests and games.
