2024-05-11 04:47:12 +0000 UTCThe simplest answer is that there is actually never a tie because there are other factors such as some votes being nullified as well as counting the votes from SubscribeStar. **IF** there were ever an honest to goodness tie, I think the ultimate choice of winner would be decided by The Doctor Himself, as is his right.
