Thanks! yeah the expressions going forward with bigger lips will be something even i don't know what will happen. Let's give it a shot though. The top panel was a hard decision, while I prefer it rotated like in the image linked, just really liked how it made the layout of the page flow. But wasn't sure myself if it was a good choice, so hence the shared image as an alternate view.

Your work before has been good, but this comic shows a lot of improvement that could really put a shine on things going forward, so been happy to see it working out. It'll be a good experiment to see how this new push for expressionism works out with more extreme features and changes in them with lips and makeup, but that's half the fun. The biggest thing to talk about is, of course, the top panel. First, obviously, a lot of work went into it to keep things in perspective even when shifting it over to a more side-view. The panel needed to be constructed in such a way that it still conveyed a general sense of the story when looking at it from left-to-right despite the perspective being from top-to-bottom. Keeping it as neat as it was is impressive and obviously took a lot of work. Still, I can't quite put my finger on the why, but it does also feel a bit distracting. Not in terms of content but in terms of layout. The horizontal frame suggests a more broad, long movement but it's a very much vertical shot of events. Still a fine page with a lot of good stuff in it but there is something here I just can't quite articulate.
