Hi! I am a 911 dispatcher and to answer some questions for you guys yes we ask a lot of questions but they are not only the safety of the caller but all responders enroute to the call. Especially if you tell us about possible dui or use of narcotics. If they pass out and go unconscious they either too high or drunk to properly function or they are having a medical emergency. We know not everyone will be willing to go up close and personal with the subject they are calling for but any information is better than nothing. Zane you did good with giving streets, car type, and tag most can not even give us the color or even type of car like suv or truck. In calls if we hear a certain thing we usually move into medical questioning if we feel like it is necessary. Just remember we may ask a lot of things but they are all essential questions for everyone on sceneβ€οΈ
