2023-05-04 09:49:07 +0000 UTCposting this bc I think you'd find it cool, (not to like, correct you...) the "clacker ball" thing in the Guinness can is a ball of nitrogen gas that gets released into the beer when you open the can. it's "carbonated" with nitrogen gas instead of carbon dioxide (so it's actually nitrogenated). big/normal bubbles are carbon dioxide, little or creamy bubbles are nitrogen
