Love making kinky magic items like this, literally, I homebrewed a whole bunch of magic rings that both served sexual purposes and actually had some mechanical elements that it played into. If players were willing to go for the gag item, then I felt it fair to reward them with some actual benefits aside from either getting boobs or having a dick for the duration of wearing the rings.
