Was listening to your convo about the best rappers alive song and listening to how you described it as a trope, which is kinda true. But there used to be a time where that used to truly mean something. Your top rappers battling it out from the crown in hip hop, and it was only for the top players in the game. Then you have all the other rappers and fans of rap stamp it. Then you would have the passing of the torch to the next goat, it was special then. Now, it is kinda watered down, nothing but a “trope” as you say. I remember the arguments with friends and other hip hop heads on who had the crown. The first battle of my lifetime I remember was the battle between Pac and biggie for the greatest of all time, then when they passed, hip hop kinda immortalized them as the greatest, and that’s when term greatest rapper “ALIVE” came into play, then you had Jay z and battling it out for the crown, then when it was time to crown the next era, Jay z passed it on to little wayne in the song Mr Carter which you prob will hear on the Carter 3, then little wayne passed it on to drake, to which I say foh 😒 lol…and then todays climate where we have drake, Kendrick and j cole battling out for the crown. But the problem is today you have little peon rappers claiming they are best, which is watering down and taking the meaning away from the term, and the enjoyment the fans used to have with it. Thing is for a long time period, Wayne was that guy, and many still look at him as the goat, but thing is I don’t know if you will ever get to experience why Wayne is a goat, it would take to much to time to consume all the music. Wayne’s best music come from mixtapes, where there is a plethora. You would have to mix in singles off of those and react to them separately. Anyway, enjoyed the reaction. Keep up the great work.

Bob great job seeing the fun he’s having and how it’s one big abstract theme the way he raps, he’s just “releasing”
