Samus nerdification would be great, or Faith from Mirror's Edge becoming an immobile slob so she can't run anymore

Camellia from Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous would seem neat to do up like that, though if it needs to be a more recognizable character I’d also love to see Mirko from MHA
