Beyonce had an accident at some point with the harness and hit her knee, I believe. She ended up getting surgery on that same knee before the Renaissance tour. And what Paris said was a compliment of sorts, like she looked so good she hated her. Also, for the back bend, you kind of balance on your ankles, bending them inwards.
