BTT E3RRF board has the same mounting point as any E3 board format (stock creality and all E3 iteration for BTT and other vendors , like SKR E3 v1v2v3, etc..)
if you need to bolt it down, just make some holes with the files.
Take this idea and make it for your own boards if you wish
Uses heat inserts as usual M3x4mm(L)x 5mm or 4.6mm (OD)
screw are a mix of M3x8 and M3x6
And the small slots on the bottom are for your normal small zip ties
