Yep, Squaresoft and Enix merged into SquareEnix in 2003. Secret of Mana was pretty unique in that it's the only RPG that I know of in that era to have not just multiplayer, but up to 3 players (you needed to buy a special adaptor/splitter to be able to connect a 3rd controller since the SNES only had 2 controller ports). It was pretty revolutionary for its time.
