When I heard Finale I thought that sounded like the Jester's ability from Darkest Dungeon. Then I looked at the file I saw in fact it was that. I'm kinda bummed they won't be using it, that is such a cool ability and I loved having the Jester in my party.

✨EMILY APPRECIATION POST ✨ It boils my blood that you can tune into Emily being pressured into self-editing literally since the early days of 8 Bit Book Club. While I completely understand why she edits herself (because the critical misogynists are fuccing relentless), I can't wait to see the day where she sees what they say and doesn't let it impact her decisions at all, whatsoever. Is it so clear from her body of work that as an improviser, actor, storyteller, writer, and comedian, Emilys instincts are incredible. Probably the best natural creative impulses currently available for consumption, frankly. I quake for the world that gets to see Emily Axford's instincts completely unbridled. You don't deserve sitting in constant hypervigilance, Emily. And keep calling of out the bullsht! The community should know what you put up with in order to bring us this awesome work. Anyway. ✨💜✨💙✨

I rarely, if ever, leave comments, because I guess I'm shy in that regard, I feel like "who am I to say something? Nobody cares!" Ironic, because I guess that's how you get an overwhelming majority of comments criticising something awesome about the show. So here's a(nother!) positive countervoice saying you all are doing an incredible job and I love what you do so so so much. Campaign 1 in particular is my comfort listen, the Boobs were my friends during a 4-month stay abroad (4 months: too long to only feed off the friendships back home but too short to make actual friends there) and I'm relistening to it again and again (think I'm on my 6th? listen?). But I love all three campaigns. As a woman myself, I love Emily in particular because she shines so bright and is given the space to do so, too (something that should be normal but isn't) - y'all clearly love her and her work like I do and it does something to me to see (well, hear) it. Like I'm also allowed to take up space. But also just generally I get to bask in the glorious awesomeness that is Emily Axford playing DnD. This is very personal but I just wanted to add a positive voice to the stupid negativity (even though the resulting Beef of the Week was great XD ).
