Hey guys.

We’ve been working as hard as we can to produce content at a faster rate. Because of your support, we’ve been able to increase our production rate to nearly two full episodes a month. We switched our Patreon over to per creation both to help us increase how much we can pay our editors, SFX people, music people, etc. and also to help motivate us to keep our pace.

Your support has also driven us to improve the quality of our content, in writing, editing quality, acting, everything. This has caused us to make episodes longer and longer, and more and more complex.

With these two factors, it’s becoming impossible to make episodes longer, better, and funnier, and also come out quickly, even with a large team all working tirelessly to produce this content.  

Honestly, putting things out at this rate is starting to hurt us. 

We don’t want to compromise our vision or the quality you’ve come to expect from us over the years, but...

We’re going to need to change our business model to stay afloat. 

We’re going to start producing 8-10 minutes of finished abridged content as a paid post that will target all tiers.

This change will prevent our issues described above. Our editors will no longer be overworked, our episodes will be produced at a higher quality, and we can afford to make 20+ minute episodes when needed.

We would never ask you to pay more than what is comfortable for you to give, and every bit helps, so please keep in mind that setting a cap is a great way to prevent being charged more than what you want to be charged.

We want to hear from you before we move forward in this way. When we switched to Per Creation, we wanted to only charge you for full episodes. You all made it clear that was what you wanted as well. Please let us know if this change would make you leave the Patreon, or stop supporting us.

TL;DR, We’re going to be releasing 8-10 minutes of content per episode as a paid creation that we charge you for. This will help us maintain our sanity and quality of work. Please let us know if this is unacceptable and would cause you to no longer support us.
