This one had such an unusual tone I wasn't expecting! Seniors meet sci-fi with some laughs! So interesting. No spoilers but has anyone seen the sequel? So curious about it!

Good reaction to much forgotten 80s minor gem. The soundtrack, by James Horner, had lots of Star Trek flourishes in it, I thought. Recommend mystery/drama 'K-PAX' (2001).
