While I appreciated that Dredd won the poll, I would love for Jen to check Mulholland Drive at some point. Just to see her puzzling reaction throughout it. Which will be hilarious. I’m sure she’ll be saying “What is Happening” all the way through. Plus The Wrestler got almost no votes, which is a shame. If I have to raise my pledge to request it, I’ll gladly do so.

2023-08-17 02:51:28 +0000 UTCProbably because it was a grim, blood-soaked Lionsgate film, which most people avoided anyway before the John Wick movies came along, and by that point, we'd already crowned the original 80's Robocop as the "true" Judge Dredd movie. (You know, the one that had the actual sense of 80's-satirical black humor, like the comics and the 90's Stallone movie.)

2023-08-16 14:34:55 +0000 UTCI'm glad Dredd is leading. I just saw it a few months ago and when I did, I thought, "How did I not know about this movie before?" I'm guessing it got totally overshadowed by The Avengers, which is a shame.
