We've chosen "bad DIY's" to try!
Added 2022-12-10 16:08:33 +0000 UTCA few days ago we posted on all the socials asking everyone to submit bad DIY ideas to try and y'all we got SO MANY GOOD ONES. Like good as in bad. I'm so excited. I think we finally narrowed it down to our top 3-5 to tackle for the video but there were truly SO many good ones we might have to tackle more of them in future videos.
One theme we saw a lot was embedding various foods in resin, and one that sounded super fun to make was chicken nugget resin jewelry. So our plan is to buy some chicken nuggets, adapt our resin tumbler rotisserie so it can hold the nuggets, coat them while they rotate, then attach them to earrings and a pendant necklace.
Hehehehe this is gonna be fun.

Oh god I'm excited for this one lmfao. Will you also try solidifying them in like, cubes of resin? I know the goal is jewelry, but it might be neat to see if the nugget holds up better in solidified solid resin rather than just a coating of it? Most other food related experiments have ended up in rotting food
