We let our moms pick their least favorite movies of all time for Mother's Day; and you guys selected Noah's mom's pick. And made us look at two hours and twenty minutes of Matthew Broderick fighting a giant cricket with a rash.

I was aware that the Japanese movies existed somewhere but I never saw them, this was the only one that was on TV in my country (because it turns out our TV stations are some greedy shits, and we were poor), for years I thought that this was the best one and that this is how Godzilla was supposed to look, I wasn't even aware he was supposed to have nuclear breath. So I used to love this movie, when I saw that the guys reviewed it I went full Heath with the 80's movies. 😅

There’s the original of course, but then there’s also the 2016 remake Shin Godzilla, which is a remake of the original that actually steeped the Japanese academy awards for that year. My other recommendation is Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All Out Attack, which is the best movie to have the worst possible title but trust me, I am a Godzilla expert.
