Patreon Reward changes

I've been thinking a bit lately about a few things I would like to change in my Patreon. I wanted to run these by you guys and see what you thought.

1. The Bonus Pic. 

Right now, the bonus pic process is that Patrons pledging $10 or more nominate past sketches and I pick one to ink and color.  I am thinking I would like to change this to a process where the nominations would still take place, but instead of me picking one, I would pick a handful that caught my attention and add in a few of my own suggestions, then run a poll with around 3-5 options. Then ink and color the winner. This way the voting Patrons can make the ultimate decision, but I can still put in a few things that I would like to see colored.

2. Sketch Requests 

I would like to do more sketches using my own ideas. Right now, all of my sketches generated come from suggestions from Patrons. There are currently no sketches on either the OC or Parody polls that were my ideas. It has me feeling a little less creative overall. I would like to change this. But I don't want to take away the sketch request from you guys (especially since I really enjoy a lot of these ideas). 

So, I'm thinking about adding in an extra reward level for a "Karmagik's Choice Sketch." Where I just do one sketch similar to a Sketch Request or Bra Buster Supporter Request, but its just something I want to do. And these sketches would go into the polls for inking and coloring.

This would mean that instead of having Weekly Sketch Requests, they would shift to a flat 2 Parody and 2 OC sketches from Patron suggestions every month, but add in 1 of my own creation. Taking us to 5 total sketches every month. While this means that previously there were 52 sketches based on Patron suggestions every year, that would drop to 48. But, we would also be adding in a 12 more sketches from my ideas. Meaning the total number of sketches every year goes from 52 up to 60.

I would greatly appreciate hearing your feelings on these changes.
