KSAT MKii
Added 2020-09-18 23:46:21 +0000 UTCSay hello to KSAT MKii, the prototype law enforcement robot. Me and Martin have a couple of animations in mind with this guy with the sole purpose of learning how to do cool sci-fi film. It involves everything from motion capture and character retargeting to camera tracking, color grading and so on.
Here's a little sneak peak where he is added into some film footage, lit woth an Hdri captured on location, rendered in SLOG2-alike color and graded together with the video backplate.
Along with the other video series that are running here on patreon, once we've got the hang of this stuff we'll start sharing all the details, tutorials and behind the scenes of it. Super excited about this and I hope it is something that might interest you.
