Adding life
Added 2018-11-12 14:41:20 +0000 UTC
A little collection of animations I've been doing recently to try different ways to add life to otherwise static scenes/animations.
Let me know what parts you want me to break down in separate videos :-)
Watching the latest video from your YouTube release is awesome. The animation effect! ! !

This is super inspiring! Great work! I would love to see how you did the moving shadow over the table.

There is nothing complicated in this one. He used an animated model that you can find on 3dpeople.com
Just place the model off-camera and play with it to have a nice result ;)

This is probably the best thing I have seen in a while. I would love to see some breakdowns of animation bits. Like the animated curtains, trees and shadow. Incredible work man.

All of it is superbly produced! I'd like to see some hints of the tree reflections. Also the LUT you use as default would like to sample this.

Looking forward to learning opportunities for these animations

They're great Johannes. Technically speaking definitely the one with the moving persons shadow, can't figure out how that was done yet. For the rest it's really just having artistic sensibility and some time. You definitely have a knack for motion, I already noticed it on your YouTube camera testing videos. Well done.

simply WOW, take all my money, I want a separate breakdown of every single shot ;) congrats man!!

I would make a breakdown on everything. Animation is what im missing yet and id like to start with; apart i have to still Watch the flame video animation but it would be awesome to have in depth videos on this one..since about shading and modeling u already said a lot but not on animation. I think would be a great new starting series of tuts based on this video; clock animation, flame animation, camera motion tips, dof animation.. etc. Thanks a lot btw jojo

As Jonathan said above, I would love to see the breakdown for the curtain and the animated tree.
Also curious about the night traffic, but I guess it's a video footage in the background... ?

Fu**ing awsome.. that's all I can say

Awesome. Would definitely like to see the curtain and tree shadow portion broke down.
Hard to say exactly what, but it made me feel like I was watching an ad for some luxurious product. :)
