Nice preview! Though I would make the note about not going haranging editors / the talk page more prominent, instead of text partway through the video. Having it come via spoken word and on-screen text near the beginning would be more effective. Especially since people unfamiliar with enwp policy/community may not realize vigilante edits are not going to overturn the entrenched western bias.

I read _Harvest of Despair_ about 30 years ago after seeing a PBS documentary about the Ukranian famine of the same title. Many years later, I was on a flight sitting next to a USAF officer wirh an eastern European name on her uniform, so I asked about her ancestry. She said she was from Ukraine. It was perhaps rude of me, but I asked if her grandparents had survived the famine. She looked at me like I had 3 eyeballs and responded that she had no knowledge of a Ukranian famine. Now, my ancestors were Irish, and I was never told much of anything about the famines that they experienced, and I concluded maybe some parents just want to avoid creating resentment in their kids, so they don't let them know. I also believe the death toll was close to 10 million, but this is a guess from demographic studies, according to that book.

This is a good explanation of using Wikipedia as a source. It's not as simple as use/don't use it. It's more like, use it for the basic facts, but advanced political questions require more advanced political texts.

Well considering that I first heard it brought up in a conversation with a literal Nazi, who used it as a reason to minimize the Holocaust in comparison, I'm a bit skeptical about the claims of genocide, but I'd like to examine all the evidence. And it's good to know this stuff because it is an argument that Nazis might bring up sometimes. Especially now that all eyes are on Ukraine and more people care now.
