Respite Rowe - Sketch
Added 2020-09-23 00:59:31 +0000 UTCThis is probably the last full rough sketch I'll be able to do this month. I'm a little bit behind on the painting due to one of my cats needing a visit to the emergency vet clinic on Sunday. So the last three days have kind of been chaos.
I'm not too sure what brought this picture on, other than pure escapism. it's fairly rough, and there's a lot to unpack, but it might be more clear when I get around to inking it.

Heh, I didn't know if that would be picked up on. But yup. He's got 'Cinders and pumpkin' sheets. A comfort from his homeland that he keeps with him. He swears that the goddess of autumn and dragons blessed them herself.

2020-09-24 19:09:48 +0000 UTCWhile some races are still wary of one another (The Lorrnath still get some distrust from things they've done in the past). In this case it was one of those 'A bunch of people of different talents met up along a journey'. The warrior and weavepuller have moments of butting heads, the gnome tends to roll her eyes at it, the Javarran just wants to sit by a fire again, and the Lorrnath is finally glad the group has stopped razzing him over his 'Cinders sheets' (he's a fan, I guess ;).

2020-09-23 05:53:42 +0000 UTCA neigh, a wolf and a fey creature collaborating with humans, for what purpose I wonder. At first I thought it might be our wandering Lorrnathi, Khettu and gnome trio, but the character in the back dresses like a Javarran and seems too large to be a Khettu, plus the fey creature does not appear to have the gnome's horns. Which is good, more proof that all these different species can be allies and friends.
