That is an OOF. Honestly I can understand not doing the LB2's in that fight because of the timing, but not even the free LB3?! Whomst the frick are these pugs?

2022-09-22 05:59:36 +0000 UTCLiterally every one of my party members when I'm on healer, tank, or ranged DPS for some reason. So many people don't even use the LB3 on phase 2 of Ultima weapon. Let alone double stack that LB2 prior to the LB3 unlocking.
