Usually the react videos are what get me to give songs/albums/artists a chance, but this time it was this discussion that led me to take a second listen to Are You Alive and playlist it. I'm not a big crunch person, but I think since the topline doesn't really have a ton of crunch in, and neither does the bottom, it's them together that's crunchy, I like it! I also ended up listening to the rest of the album, and Love2Love is so fun! The build-up in the first chorus and the super delayed drop chorus after the bridge hits SO good. I'm rarely against a dance pop track lol.
