A Quick Note: The reason why Expo Girl Part Two (and now Part Three, coming in a few more days) are coming out now, slightly delaying the release schedule for the rest of the month, is because unlike with Ren Fest, where I got to about 45k words and realized 'oh, crap, I still have half the story to write, I should stop here and come back to it in a couple weeks,' I actually got to about 40k words into Expo Girl before I though 'oh, crap, this story was supposed to be 30k words, and it's coming up on 45k, I think I need a part two'--so I chopped off the last 10 thousand words, published the first installment (Part One) and then figured 'well, I'm already 10k words into Part Two, might as well finish it,' only to get to about 40k words in Part Two and realize 'oh, crap, I still have a dinner date and a sex scene to write, better cut the last 10k words off again and publish the first 30k as Part Two, and then immediately start trying to finish Part Three (since I'm already 10k words into it again)--which is all just a very long and rambling way of me explaining that sometimes I just do random shit. I dunno. I try my best. *tired emoji.*
