Heh. Yeah, we're coming up on the 25th Anniversary of the Gen 2 games, so it feels good to submit something celebrating those games. In this case the Dragon Gym Leader Clair throwing a massive hissy fit about having lost to you. Because you didn't win. I should clarify this isn't related to Pre-Champ; we're still going to be doing the occasional Pokemon picture that's unrelated to the comic and not in that continuity. I do often think about Clair's immature behavior in Gen 2 when I write her in the comic, in particular how she's clearly very childish but is still trying her best to be a grown-up when taking care of her cousin. She's having mixed success but I think the effort means a lot. We even did a Gen 2 version of this just to hammer in how we're celebrating the anniversary! That was actually super, super last minute but think it looks nice. Does a good job emphasizing the difference.
