In this world, prey is defined based on its smell when they are born, this cannot be decided by a their mother or father, being a random decision of nature, so twin brothers can be predator and prey for example.
It is extremely forbidden to devour another predator, being considered as a murder in real life, therefore, predators have to live together, but this does not prevent fights and discussions from happening and even predators break this law, just as prey can also eat predators, however this act is like breaking a taboo and if discovered the prey is hunted for every predator and devoured.
It is not mandatory to wear clothes for predators, so they can walk around naked and it will have the same effect as the vore in this world, people will treat it as normal.
