Early Access: "Otto" for SimpleGens
Added 2023-05-16 19:41:33 +0000 UTCOtto is one of my original unique penis designs. When I switched from RealGens to SimpleGens, I began updating those unique designs, but somehow Otto was lost amongst the shuffle and never converted.
For anyone who has never seen the Otto design before, Otto features 2D veins along the shaft and unevenly descended testicles. Otto is one of my earliest unique designs; although it may not seem the most sophisticated now, converting it to SimpleGens means it has improved texture mapping (for better compatibility with CC body hair) and works with my SimMotion mod.
I've also updated the condoms and the CAS Hider, both of which are included in the zip file.
Currently, it appears my piercing mod doesn't work, so I have not completed a piercing update for Otto. I'm looking at the possibility of finding an alternate piercing system that doesn't rely on scripting mods, and will add piercings for Otto when I've decided on that system.

Thank you! I'll try this :) I'm using the early access version of WW and now that you said that, I think that's the issue, because they were working before I updated. Thank you again! By far the BEST creator for the Sims <33333

My first recommendation is to remove all your mods except for WW and my anatomy CC and quickly load your game to see if they appear in the selector. If they do, you have a mod conflict somewhere, and the best way to find out what is adding mods back in groups and checking for the problem in game to determine which mod is causing an issue. The other possibility is that you're using a different version of WW (either a newer build or a much older build) and it's not recognizing my CC for some reason. I'm using the public release from September 5th.

It mentioned the condom package as the issue and the difference between that LE and others was that the household it happened with was "deleted" when I went to manage worlds. That hasn't happened before so I've just removed the package for the time being.

I'm writing this because the condoms caused quite an upsetting LE in my game resulting in the current sim household being deleted. :( Take all the time you need. 2023-05-23 21:42:41 +0000 UTCTo my knowledge, I've never included the RealGens in a package that wasn't named "RealGens" in some capacity. It's been a while since I worked on it, but going back to look at the files I don't see anything that has a different name. Have you tried doing a search for "realgens" or for "simdulgence" in your Mods folder to see what it turns up? Alternately, if you want to share a screenshot of your folder showing which of my mods you have installed, maybe I can help pinpoint which file might contain the RealGens. However, I'm looking in my mod folder and I don't see any RealGens at all, but I still have them in my game. I'm assuming its included in a package file??

2023-05-20 11:53:57 +0000 UTCIt's something I've thought about. The veins on the Frank are 3D; the veins on Jordan are 2D. I don't love the Frank veins because I'm not entirely happy with how they turned out, they're somewhat complicated to do nicely and they don't fit the Maxis match style I aim for (sims have no other vascularity on their bodies, even at extreme muscles). I'm much happier with the Jordan veins. If it's something I do, it's more likely to be in the Jordan style than the Frank style. I haven't fully decided on it yet, but it is something I'm considering at the moment!

2023-05-17 12:37:54 +0000 UTCSorry, I should have made this clearer! The coding that tells the game which condom goes with which penis is contained only in the base condom file. The multi-pack file just adds in boxed options, but it still points to the base file for the coding. So the base condom file was updated, but the multi-pack shouldn't need one. In future, I might merge all the condom components into one package for the ease of downloading/use and to avoid confusion.

I’m also SO glad you’re fixing the piercings! They’ve been broken I think since the big patch in January! They only appear when my sims are completely nude during WW sex lmao!
