i didnt share these to patreon because they aren't entirely my songs and also i am not the one writing the lyrics or concepts here, that would be the other member of the band Tony Hicks. which if you dont know kaskaskia is our two piece band
tony and i have made music together ever since 2012 under the name born an abomination but in 2018 we moved to a differnt project "kaskaskia" named after the river in Illinois, which is where tony and i lived before and this place is very special to us and exceedingly nostalgic the more time ive spent away from northern IL. the music is hugely inspired by the northern IL woodlands and the nature there and also a specific "fleecian" concept which is a word we coined to describe the incomparable beauty of innocence , this coupled with the magic found in pure nature and the place we called home for many many years is what kaskaskia is all about. i didnt write any of the lyrics so i wont share them
