sadness - late spring true love

this is my favorite song I've ever made. it touches something deep in my heart that has always been so important to me. music with this exact kind of high energy and color is my favorite. I'm a very nostalgic person and this song sounds like so many moments of my deep past crying and singing in the most magical and purest way. I always long to capture the magic I feel in the music I make and this song makes me feel like I'm 9 years old again. i actually cried while listening to this today (in the best way possible). very core musical and color memories are explored in the tonality and melodies, and this song isn't just purely nostalgic, it's many moments of my life, and even right now. this is the timelessness of my purest being. I started making this maybe december 2020 with the intro. the lyrics start off with something I wrote on facebook in 2019, eluding to a deep memory I have and a magical moment I imagine, and this was ages before I had the idea to make this song, and it's almost unreal how perfectly they marry. it's as if this song was destined to be made. exactly the setting I was painting in the words is what I would paint in the music and not even being concious of it until later. it's also a magical coincidence that I met my gf in late spring of last year. I'm going to write the lyrics in exactly the way they are sungi n the song. other parts of the lyrics are also thingsI had written on facebook a while ago
