Get ready to S.M.A.S.H!
Added 2025-10-08 20:49:10 +0000 UTCIm doing a little project on my Tides blog in the form of a tournament which is called Shattered Mast's Amphitheater for Scrappers of Hyrule (aka SMASH). I loved hosting "events" on the old CDN forums but doing one is a little trickier on tumblr so Im trying to keep it as easy going as possible so people don't feel pressured. I think it's been going well!
Now the issue is I'm not giving myself the same courtesy of taking it easy XD I fight that "entertainer mode" of having to post, having to keep active or else I FAIL! Just gotta keep reminding myself that it's okay, and I'm allowed to have fun too 😤
Last month when I invited folks to join, I had asked for some basic info and some image references. This was so I could make a "SMASH Pass" for each of them for the event. In order to keep the numbers even I threw in my own characters. Here are pictures done for their own passes, and for their interviews!

Seeing the difference between Big Blue's ID and promo pics, showing when he's "in" and "out" of character is a big plus - as is seeing FF's eternal devil-may-care expression and Ifora's BUILT biceps >:3
