Here's my video reaction to Life of Brian. Despite it still had the essence I've loved in "The Holy Grail", the sarcasm and irony in this film caught me by surprise. Sometimes it made me feel awkward, sometimes I loved it, but overall I have enjoyed it 😁

Even the Pythons themselves were a little divided about it. I'd say in general it's attacking dogmatic belief - whether that belief is religious or political.

2021-04-08 19:24:22 +0000 UTCYes, suprisingly its not really making fun of Religion, its main target is "political groups" and the infighting between them. The Romans are for the most part there in the background, looking on amused and picking up the pieces.
